  • QC R&D Technician More

    Location: Tres Cantos – Madrid

    Department: Quality

    Education:

    • Degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry, Analytical and quality control laboratory technician or Clinical and biomedical laboratory technician.

    Experience: 

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in QC laboratory under QMS and minimum 1 year of experience in Analytical Methods development (spectrophotometry, PCR, cell culture, ELISA…).

    Valuable experience:

    • Equipment management
    • Good documentation practices applicable to reporting, incident management, change control, CAPA plan, etc.
    • Order, cleanliness and maintenance of the laboratory
    • Excel (high level)

    The QC Technician will be responsible for:

    • Active participation in the implementation and validation of new analytical methods (performing tests, writing experiment reports, processing results, etc.).
    • Performing routine control assays
    • Drafting of procedures, worksheets, spreadsheets…
    • Preparation of reagents and materials for analysis
    • Control of materials
    • Internal maintenance and cleaning of equipment
    • Participation and support in the drafting of incidences, non-conformities, etc.
    • Maintenance of internal listings and documentation.

    Formación: Grado en Ciencias de la Vida o Química, Técnico superior en laboratorio de análisis y control de calidad o Técnico superior en laboratorio clínico y biomédico.

    Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en laboratorio de Control de Calidad bajo SGC y mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Desarrollo de Métodos Analítico (espectrofotometría, PCR, cultivos celulares, ELISA…)

    Experiencia valorable:

    • Manejo de equipos
    • Buenas prácticas de documentación aplicable a elaboración de informes, gestión de incidencias, controles de cambios, CAPA plan, etc.
    • Orden, limpieza y mantenimiento del laboratorio
    • Manejo de Excel (nivel alto)

     

    El Técnico de QC será responsable de:

    • Tener una participación activa en la implementación y validación de nuevos métodos analíticos (realización de test, redacción de informes de experimentos, procesamiento de resultados, etc.)
    • Realización de análisis rutinarios de control
    • Redacción de procedimientos, formularios de trabajo, hojas de cálculo…
    • Preparación de reactivos y material para análisis
    • Control de materiales
    • Mantenimientos internos y limpiezas de equipos
    • Participación y apoyo en la redacción de incidencias, no conformidades, etc.
    • Mantenimiento de listados y documentación interna

    Habilidades y aptitudes:

    • Iniciativa, capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo

    At Cocoon we are looking for an Insect Operator to join our Entomology team at our industrial plant.

    The Operator will be responsible for:

    • Insect breeding activities to maintain commercial insect colonies
    • Manage insect production to meet production and growth targets
    • Daily tasks for the maintenance of the different areas of the industrial plant where insects production occurs (some weekend work and reasonable additional hours may be required)
    • Collection of production data to ensure the quality of the different processes
