Required Education:

The QC Production Technician will be responsible for:

• Execute chemical and biochemical protein analysis, as well as the validation and verification of analytical methods to ensure accuracy and repeatability

• Conduct microbiological analysis

• Supervise and evaluate samples at different stages of the production process

• Preparation of reagents and materials for analysis

• Maintain accurate records of all tests and their results, as well as prepare technical reports

• Material control

• Internal maintenance and equipment cleaning

• Support in drafting incidents, non-conformities, as well as in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure that all products and processes comply with relevant regulations
